Blackburn has all locks rated by a 3rd party testing facility for trusted, unbiased, and qualified security ratings. An independent lab has rated the security of this lock a 4 on a 5-point scale. At a level 4 security rating (High), the Blackburn 8″ U-Lock comes with a $500 anti-theft offer. The Blackburn 8″ U-Lock includes two standard keys.
